Upcoming earnings over the next days days (default 30, clamped 1–45), joined with screener_cache for Fundamentals score (save_score) and valuation context. Sorted by report_date asc, then Fundamentals score desc (nulls last). Public — no auth. Only scored-universe names are returned so every row has model context.
