NOTE: Stripe pause_collection keeps status='active' — screener access unaffected (intentional). coupon — apply RETAIN50_3MO coupon (50% off 3 invoices); log outcome=saved_with_offer downsell — switch to starter_monthly_price_id; log outcome=downsell
