GET current user's permissions

Returns the subset of the requested permission names that the calling user has been granted. Permission names correspond to SpiceDB company-level permissions (e.g. mtt_hub_on_rent_view). Unknown names are silently excluded (returned as absent). Scoped to the calling user's JWT and company.
