POST billing status update (M2M)
Applies rental status changes (SetRentalStatus) and sale item fulfillment status changes in one unit of work. Requires header X-M2M-USER-ID. Include rentals and/or sale_item_fulfillments; either key may be omitted when empty. At least one of the two lists must be non-empty.
