Operational data for a registered fund from SEC Form N-CEN annual reports, newest first, each with the service providers named on it. Accepts the same exact fund-series identifiers and verified aliases as directory search. N-CEN is registrant-level and currently imported through tracked issuer feeds; coverage and coverageNote make that boundary explicit when data is empty.

Fund ticker, profileId, SEC series id, or verified share-class alias (e.g. MXF, IVV, S000004310, or VOO).

Query parameters

Maximum annual reports to return (default 10, max 500; zero or negative values are rejected, values above the maximum are clamped).

coveragestring nullable

N-CEN is registrant-level and this dataset currently imports it through tracked issuer feeds. This value is always "registrantLevelTrackedIssuerFeed".

coverageNotestring nullable

Human-readable interpretation of the coverage boundary. An empty data array is not evidence that the fund did not file Form N-CEN.
