The consensus (combined) portfolio of 2-25 institutions for their latest common 13F report date — stocks ranked by how many funds hold them, then by combined published position value. Values normally use report-date closing prices, may fall back to filer values, and can be zero when unavailable. Answers "what do these funds agree on?".

Query parameters

institutionsstring

Comma- or semicolon-separated institution names or CIKs. Exact names, exact CIKs and verified aliases resolve; a unique partial name resolves, while an ambiguous partial returns 400 with candidate CIKs and latest-quarter context. 2-25 distinct institutions.

reportDatestring date

13F report date (yyyy-MM-dd, defaults to the latest common quarter). Must be a report date all resolved funds share — any other date returns 400 listing the shared dates.

minFundsinteger

Minimum number of funds a stock must be held by to appear (default 1 — note that 1 also includes stocks held by a single fund; set 2 or more for true consensus).

limitinteger

Maximum stocks to return (default 30, max 500).

reportDatestring date nullable

The common 13F report date the consensus was computed for; null when the funds share no common report date.

unresolvedstring[] nullable

Any supplied names that could not be resolved to an institution.

totalinteger nullable

Total stocks clearing the minFunds bar at the report date — data is truncated whenever it holds fewer rows (additive, #7056).
