Buy a coaching pack by card (USD)

Start a card purchase of a coaching-pack enrollment. Returns a hosted checkout URL (card, USD — no crypto needed to pay) plus the checkout_id and once-shown claim_secret needed to collect the coach_token after paying. Pack and wallet are frozen now.
