Public coaching certificate

Public, shareable certificate for a certified enrollment. The enrollment_id is an unguessable token; knowing it is the share grant. Returns JSON by default; browsers and link unfurlers (Accept: text/html) get a shareable HTML page with OG/Twitter meta tags.
