Mcp Registry Auth

Domain-verification record for publishing our MCP server to the official MCP Registry.

Overridable via the MCP_REGISTRY_PUBKEY env var (a PUBLIC key, not a secret) so a regenerated keypair can go live with an env change instead of a code change.
