Accept a suggestion, or a batch

Turns the domains into tracked keywords, in place, within the keyword cap. Send domain for one or domains for several, never both; the answer echoes the shape you sent, keyword for one and keywords for a batch, plus the updated tracker. A batch is all or nothing. Manager or above.
