Take a manual entry out of the logbook

The entry leaves the logbook, along with the annotation it placed on the curves, and waits in the trash: GET /projects/{id}/logbook?deleted=only lists what is out and POST /logbook/{id}/restore brings one back. Idempotent. Do it when the person asked for it: it is their logbook.
