Return list of all controlled namespaces.

Comma-separated namespaces to filter by, e.g. "ns1,ns2". Matches the namespace name exactly. Names the user cannot see are ignored.

Case-insensitive substring match on the namespace name

Page number, 1-based. Pagination is off unless page or pageSize is set.

Items per page (default 25)
