queryMonitoringEventsV2

Query monitoring events from the unified erp_monitoring_v2 table. Returns all event types (inbound, outbound, file_proxy, etc.) in a single list. Replaces the separate v1 inbound-events and outbound-events endpoints. Requires the integration:view grant for the integration: event details can carry customer data (a mapped poll message's delivered payload, for example).

use_case_idstring

Filter by use case ID (UUID). Empty string matches "General" events. Special value "unknown" matches events whose use_case_id does not belong to any currently configured use case for this integration (excludes "General" events).

use_case_type'inbound' | 'outbound' | 'file_proxy' | 'managed_call' | 'secure_proxy'

Filter by use case type (replaces direction)

level'success' | 'error' | 'info' | 'warning' | 'skipped'

Filter by event level. skipped is accepted but can never match: the v2 pipeline normalises it to info, and the table's enum has no such member. It is retained here — and ONLY here, not on MonitoringEventV2 — so that a client with a saved level=skipped filter keeps getting an empty 200 rather than a 400 from request validation. Use info instead.

codestring

Filter by taxonomy code (e.g. OAUTH2_TOKEN_FAILURE, HTTP_502). Accepts any MonitoringCode value, or an HTTP_{status} family value.

event_idstring

Filter by trigger/inbound event ID

correlation_idstring

Filter by correlation ID for tracing

from_datestring date-time

Filter events from this date (inclusive)

to_datestring date-time

Filter events until this date (inclusive)

limitinteger

Maximum number of results to return
