createFileAttributeSuggestionJob

Start an auto-fill job that reads the file's extracted text and suggests values for the related entity's attributes. Requires entity:view on the file and on the related entity. Returns 404 with error_code: file_not_extracted while the file has not been extracted yet; callers retry until the extraction is ready.
