List the review queue

Defaults to status=pending — the queue that needs a decision. Also returns countsByStatus across the whole directory, so the UI can show that spam exists without the operator switching filters to find out.

Each row carries sameSourceOnListing: how many OTHER reviews on the same listing arrived from the same (hashed) source address. It is a hint, not a verdict — offices, campuses and mobile carriers put many real people behind one address.
