reviews (api key)

List the review queue

Requires the reviews scope. Defaults to status=pending. Also returns countsByStatus across the directory.

Each row carries sameSourceOnListing: how many OTHER reviews on the same listing arrived from the same (hashed) source address. Treat it as a hint, not a verdict — offices, campuses and mobile carriers put many real people behind one address.
