Layer 1 — Profile

Resolve a free-text query to a single canonical entity.

Tier gate: free. The response shape widens with tier — free keys receive the lite projection (PublicEntityLite: identity + identifiers + cached headline signals), layer_1_profile+ receive the full Entity (claims, completeness, neighbourhood).
