Grounding Packet — the named, free-tier grounding payload over the verified record: deterministic verified facts with provenance, corrections to common AI claims, and Ed25519-signed provenance. Fetch at the top of any agent/RAG workflow. ?format=grounding-metadata returns a GroundingMetadata-shaped projection (groundingChunks / groundingSupports) for Vertex-shaped pipelines. Free tier, rate-limited; zero LLM cost.
