Chat Commands

Run a Telegram chat creation or management command

Runs an allowlisted Telegram chat command through the selected connected account. Use chat.direct.resolve with a broadcast channel chatId to resolve its private direct-message inbox without sending or joining. Send messages to result.chat_id using the normal message endpoint; sending to the parent channel still posts publicly. Supports chat creation, member invitation/removal, management fetch, join requests, invite links, info/privacy updates, and default permissions updates.
