List Telegram accounts available to the authenticated actor

Operational account discovery, filtered by actor access and token scopes. Capabilities describe account access, not guaranteed Telegram chat permissions or live health; every operation reauthorizes access. connectionStatus tells whether the account can be used now: connected; subscription_required (the workspace subscription or seat must be renewed in Entergram); or reconnect_required (the Telegram account must be reconnected in Entergram). Calls to an account that is not connected fail with 409 telegram_account_inactive, so check connectionStatus before calling. The field is omitted when the status is unknown; then call as usual. It does not change capabilities. routeAvailability is deprecated: it exposes an internal transport detail and will be removed after 2026-12-31 (see the Deprecation and Sunset response headers). Use connectionStatus instead. Required scopes: accounts.read.
