Delete Model

Move a model and its history to private Trash for 30 days, then permanently purge them. Sharing and automatic updates stop immediately and stay off after restore. Billing history is retained separately. 409 while work is in progress (model_busy), an active model holds it (model_held), or a backfill reads it (model_backfills_symbol).
