Advisor shares

Share a trip with an advisor

scope is view, comment or edit and defaults to view. The advisor must be one the caller has consented to link with (422 otherwise). The advisor and the caller are both emailed. A trip already shared with that advisor, or an advisor who cannot take a share, answers 409 advisor_share_refused.
