Change sharing

The Review step's share switches, owner only: link: true turns link sharing on (metered once per itinerary for free accounts) and answers the share url; link: false stops sharing and co-editing; coEdit lets link holders edit (Pro owners). An advisor deliverable and a locked trip cannot be shared.
