Download a document

The file bytes, sent with Content-Disposition: attachment, X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff and the document's mime_type as Content-Type. A document the caller may not see answers 404, so its existence is not confirmed. The file lives on the private disk and is never publicly accessible.
