Create a new user account and receive an API token.

The user's first name.

The user's last name.

The user's email address.

The password (min 8 chars).

Must not be greater than 64 characters.

referral_codestring nullable

Must not be greater than 32 characters.

partner_codestring nullable

A partner code typed in the app. Unknown, inactive or own codes are ignored.

password_confirmationstring required

Must match password.
