Create a share, email the recipient, and return the share status.

Inputs: body: Recipient, signature, locale, and requisition ids. request: Used for Origin/CSRF and truncated IP metadata. Remaining arguments are FastAPI dependencies. Output: LabReportShareResponseSchema. Token is emailed, never returned.
