Importa voltas individuais do sms_stats_data.json para a tabela session_laps.

Idempotente: re-enviar o mesmo arquivo é seguro. Chave de deduplicação: (session_id, history_index, stage_key, steam_id, lap_number). Retorna { inserted, duplicates, total, summary }.
