RFC 9728 — Protected Resource Metadata. Tells MCP clients which authorization server protects this resource. Once the MCP remote container lives at mcp.emile.wine (Phase C5) it will host its OWN copy of this endpoint pointing back at api.emile.wine as the authorization server.
