Add a contact to a LinkedIn campaign

Adds one profile to the LinkedIn campaign (id). The profile is appended to a dedicated list '<campaign name> contacts from API'. Side effects: a FINISHED campaign is restarted; a RUNNING campaign schedules the new contact. Fails if the profile is already in that list. New integrations should use the multichannel /advanced campaign endpoints instead.
