Set new-lease pricing for units

Sets new-lease pricing for units in a property.

Each unit's prices is its full price grid by lease term and lease start date, and replaces whatever was stored for that unit. Units not in the request are unchanged.

Only properties that use Elise as their PMS (AIP) accept these writes.

All-or-nothing: if any unit is invalid (unknown, inactive, or not in this property) the request fails with 422 listing every invalid unit, and nothing is written. Resending the same request is safe.
