Validate Query Draft

Validate a stored query draft without converting it.

Runs the same checks as POST /v2/auto/queries/validate against the draft's current EQL: schema, semantics, action restrictions, and destination reachability. Returns simulation-based cost details when valid. Does not activate the draft — call POST /v2/auto/queries/drafts/{draftId}/convert for that.
