Creates a sell (off-ramp) order request for exchanging cryptocurrency for fiat currency, specifying payment and cryptocurrency details.

The ID of the quote to use to create the order. Obtaining a quote is a prerequisite for creating an order.

The quote must be a sell quote and the fixed amount side must be IN. Quote must still be valid.

externalReferenceIdstring

An external reference ID to help identify the order (only letters, numbers, and hyphens allowed)
