Update KYC Status

Updates the user’s KYC (Know Your Customer) information for level L1, including personal and identification details. Level L1 is the first step in the KYC process, requiring basic personal information. L2, L3, and L4 levels are handled through external providers and can be accessed via the KYC status endpoint.
