Subscribe to flow notifications

Subscribe the current user to notifications for a specific flow event type (e.g., TASK_PROCESSING_ERROR, FLOW_STOPPED, or TASK_OPERATIONAL_ERROR). The user must be a member of the workspace to which the flow belongs.
