Create a toolbox, or stamp one from a template
Creates a toolbox. Requires toolbox:create. There are two ways to build one, and they combine. Pass template_id to stamp it: the template's entries are copied once, at creation time (never a live link), and you need use access to the template. With connection_map (connector_slug -> connection_id), each stamped proxy entry's connector is filled from one of the caller's own usable connections, and the caller becomes that entry's delegator; a connector connection_map does not name is left connection_id: null ("needs connection") rather than rejected. And/or pass entries for hand-written ones beyond whatever stamping copied, validated the way PATCH /toolbox/{id} validates them. name defaults to the template's name when stamping and is otherwise required. shares grants access at creation time and additionally needs toolbox:share. Sharing delegates (the grantee runs tools on the sharer's own connections), which is what the response's delegation summary discloses. It is always present, not only when shares was sent, so it can be read before the first grant.
