List file shares
Lists who a file is shared with, cursor-paginated. This is the only place the grant list is served — a file can be shared organization-wide, so no row embeds it (access_summary on GET /file is the bounded rollup). Filter with grantee_type; q matches member names and emails and team names. Owner only: ownership is the gate, and there is no file:share permission. A caller who is not the owner gets 403 ("Only the owner…") whenever the file is visible to them in GET /file (an explicit share, or use on its source connection or toolbox, restricted or not), because they already know it exists; 404 otherwise, including a listed row whose access through a connection or toolbox has broken (can_open: false for a lapsed toolbox delegation or a deleted connection).

Query parameters
Page size. Defaults to 50. Values above 200 are silently clamped to 200 rather than rejected; a value below 1, or a non-integer, is a 400. Ignored by the endpoints documented as unpaginated.
Opaque cursor — pass the next_cursor from a previous response. Ignored by unpaginated endpoints.
Match member name or email, or team name. LIKE wildcards are matched literally. Max 200 characters.
Restrict to one kind of grantee.
Headers
Target organization (org_…). Required for cookie/session auth on org-scoped routes; optional for API tokens, which carry their organization, and rejected when it names a different one.
