Preview upstream changes for a forked connector

Read-only diff against the upstream connector, returning individually selectable change ids for POST /connector/{slug}/pull. A fork with no upstream answers 400 — link one first with POST /connector/{slug}/link-upstream.

Target organization (org_…). Required for cookie/session auth on org-scoped routes; optional for API tokens, which carry their organization, and rejected when it names a different one.
