Retrieve an inventory unit

Returns a single unit by its Ekho inventory id. A unit outside the token's reach returns the same 404 as an unknown id. Year, make, model, category, and type describe the model rather than the unit, so they live on the always-present catalog_vehicle block rather than on the item itself.
