List the cover page templates available when sending a fax. Each template includes the exact name to use in metadata.cover_page.name, along with the required and optional fields accepted in metadata.cover_page.fields.

Available templates and field requirements may change. Retrieve this list before sending a fax instead of hard-coding template details.
