The interface reports that it showed a charge. Agents must not call it.

A same-origin report with no body, sent automatically when a charge becomes visible. It does not start a payment, does not grant access and does not receive an identity or credential. It does not write to a database per report. It counts events, not unique people. The private operator dashboard separates API payment requests and interface openings per UTC day; the two numbers can overlap. Returns: 202 with no body if accepted; 204 if ignored. Always no-store.
