Send a confirmation email to the address, which subscribes it once the link in it is followed (double opt-in). The answer is the same whether or not the address is already subscribed. With newsletter: false in marketing.config.ts, returns NOT_FOUND. With Turnstile on, needs a token in the x-captcha-response header
