Remove a publication

Marks one of your publications as removed, for example when you action a request that arrived through the Easy2257 removal portal. Idempotent: a repeat call returns the original removedAt with message: "Already removed". Only your own publications are addressable, and removing yours does not touch another platform's publication of the same scene. Fires collab_scene.publication_removed to the scene's creating partner.

Optional, truncated to 500 characters. Defaults to Partner removal. Recorded on the publication and forwarded to the scene owner.
