Name the slides after their titles

Give every slide of a presentation you may edit the name of its title: the text block with the biggest letters (the highest one of those), in every language it is written in. Slides whose names were set by hand get the title too; slides without text keep theirs. From then on a slide named after its title keeps following it when the title changes. Returns the renamed slides.
