Put one lead's author into a campaign

One lead per call, deliberately. This is the lane for a person somebody individually decided about. The person lands in the review queue; nothing goes out until the owner approves them or their autopilot limits allow it. Only works when the lead resolves to a real LinkedIn profile. added: false with a code is a 200 and a success: a dedupe rule (already in a campaign, already contacted) did its job. Rate-limited to 200/hour per account, shared with the dashboard. Requires an outreach-scope API key (Pro plan or higher).
