Accession Number Format

The SEC accession number uniquely identifies each filing. It can be provided with or without dashes:

• With dashes: 0000320193-24-000126
• Without dashes: 000032019324000126

Format breakdown: NNNNNNNNNN-YY-NNNNNN

• First 10 digits: Filer's CIK (padded with zeros)
• Next 2 digits: Year
• Last 6 digits: Sequence number
