Get Issuer with Listings

Get a de-duplicated issuer (one record per real company) with every listing we hold for it — symbols, venues (MIC + display name), ISINs. Takes the 32-char hex issuer id, as returned on earnings items in issuer_id/issuer_ref. Use this to resolve colliding bare symbols once: query the events, read issuer_id off any item, then fetch the issuer here.
