Run a full subscription audit on the user's recurring transactions.
Data sources (merged):
- Transactions already flagged is_recurring=True (set by analysis engine or user confirm)
- Merchant grouping with 3+ occurrences (catches new patterns not yet flagged)
- Latest analysis result for enrichment (next_expected_date, confidence, etc.)
