Label the merchant keys the sync queued (CLASSIFY_V2), in batches of 50, under MERCHANT_LABEL_DAILY_CAP_GBP (app/services/classification/ label_job.py). Its own cron entry, outside the sync loop; leased. Protected by X-Cron-Secret header.
