Client Properties

The client's properties with valuations — estimated value, mortgage, equity, valuation source/date and the HM Land Registry attribution. Reuses the consumer response builder (DB reads only); the tier check inside valuation resolution uses the CLIENT's entitlement, not the adviser's.
