Get Active Child and Parent Wallet Accounts by a Child Identity Value

This API method allows the calling application to retrieve up to 100 active wallet accounts by wallet identity Value. If that wallet has a parent (household) then up to 100 active parent wallet accounts will also be retrieved, merged into ascending accountId order with the child accounts.
